JMDAPP  will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts  reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

Definition of Force Majeure

In this Clause, Event of Force Majeure  means an event beyond the control of humans, which prevents a party from complying with any of its obligations under this Contract, including but not limited to:

1) Act of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods)

2) War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, mobilization, requisition, or embargo

3) Rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power, or civil war

4)  Contamination by radio-activity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radio-active toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly

5) Riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs or disorder, unless solely restricted to employees of the Supplier or of          his Subcontractors

6) Acts or threats of terrorism


Consequences of Force Majeure Event

If an Event of Force Majeure results in a loss or damage to the Facility, then JMD APP shall rectify such loss or damage to the extent possible, PROVIDED that any Cost of rectification is borne by the customer. COST BEING DEFINED AS HAVING NO PROFIT COMPONENT.


In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.

In a scenario where a product not belonging to is returned by mistake,  is not accountable for misplacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer.




In case of exchange request placed by the customer ,  there is no  exchange policy . but with the same category or upgraded version with extra amount  will be consider after review the order detail. 



Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jodhpur .

Unauthorized Charges on your card

If you see charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on, but you never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven\\\'t placed the order. If you\\\'re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction to enable  to begin an investigation.


Cancellation of Fraudulent/Loss to business Orders

To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability.  also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded. 

The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:

1.      Customer doesn\\\'t reply to the payment verification mail sent by

2.      Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification

3.      Misuse of another customer\\\'s phone/email

4.      Customer uses invalid email and phone no.

5.      Overuse of a voucher code

6.      Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.

7.      Customer refuses to pay for an order

The customer may be considered loss to business if any of the following scenarios are met:

1.      Customer with a very high return rate

2.      Invalid/Incomplete address cases

3.      Repeated request for monetary compensation for petty issues

Account for the customers falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked. Any gift credits earned through loyalty or referral program will be forfeited in such case.

Bulk Sms Delivery

Any product/service, except designing or development services, will be activated within 1 to 2 working days after the payment is received. The confirmation of the same with the necessary details or controls, invoices and receipts shall be mailed to the registered email address accordingly.

For Web Hosting Accounts

All new web hosting accounts are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. If you become dissatisfied with our services at any point within the first 30 days of holding an active account, we will issue a 100% refund of your money unless otherwise specified at, or prior to, the time of purchase.


For Web Hosting Renewals

Your web hosting account will renew on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds for web hosting account renewals will be granted to customers who request a cancellation of their service, in writing, no later than 5 days before the renewal date. No exceptions will be made to this policy.


For Web Designing/Development

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of installation of the Project. The final refunds will be made after deducting the Service Tax and the Hourly charges for the work completed by us.
